What are your Shipping Fees?

AUSTRALIA Orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via Australia Post Standard for a charge of $8 per parcel, or if you choose Australia Post Express it will cost $12. All orders over $60 with a delivery location within Australia will receive complimentary shipping. You can expect to receive your parcel within 2 to 7 business days from dispatch. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible. LANYARDS All lanyard orders come with free shipping! OVERSEAS All overseas orders are sent via Australia Post for a flat charge of $30 per parcel (12 stamps/parcel). It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
What is your Returns Policy?

We hope you love your new stamps. If you change your mind about your purchase, here is our commitment to you. We have a 7-day returns policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please email us via email at theteacherink@gmail.com for a refund within 7 days of shipment. In the email please include your name, order details (order number), and your preference for a refund or exchange. Please note: - On all returns ensure everything, including the packaging and stamps are in original condition included inside your parcel. - Original shipping fees if any, are non-refundable. - All return shipping charges will be paid by you.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do! All Australian orders over $60 will receive complimentary shipping. Any lanyard order comes with free shipping.
