Thanks for trusting us with your data. Storing personal information is a serious responsibility and we only collect the information you choose to give us. We don't sell it to third parties and we only use it to create your 'Teacher Ink Member Profile' so that you are able to return to our website and store your favourite items or make wishlists. If you sign up, your email may receive promotional materials so you can keep up to date with our sales. We use Stripe Payment to ensure transactions are secure.

Shipping and Returns

AUSTRALIA
Orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via Australia Post Standard for a fee of $8 per parcel, or if you choose Australia Post Express it will cost you $12. All orders over $60 with a delivery location within Australia will receive complimentary shipping. You can expect to receive your parcel within 2 to 7 business days from dispatch. Update: Due to a high demand in home delivery, Australia Post has acknowledge that some deliveries will be delayed. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been posted.

It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible, most orders have a handling time of 5 - 7 days.

OVERSEAS

All overseas orders are sent via Australia Post for a flat charge of $30 per parcel (12 stamps/parcel). It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

RETURNS

We hope you love your new stamps. If you change your mind about your purchase, here is our commitment to you.

We have a 7-day returns policy.

 If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please email us via email at theteacherink@gmail.com for a refund within 7 days of shipment.

In the email please include your name, order details (order number).

Please note:

- On all returns please ensure everything, including the packaging and stamps in original condition included inside your parcel.

- original shipping fees if any, are non-refundable.

- All return shipping charges will be paid by you.

Digital products cannot be refunded.
